Frequently Asked Questions

How do we order a sample pack?
Samples can be ordered via our Etsy store. If you can reference prior purchase of a Sample Pack, then the cost of this will be deducted from any confirmed orders. As these are pre-printed, they cannot be customised.

How do your collections work?
Choose your favourite collection, let us know which items you need, how you would like them printed (digital, digital foil, hot foil or letterpress) and how you would like to style them with our range of accessories and embellishments, and we'll provide a quote for you. We'll amend the design to feature your names and wording of your choice of course, and when the design files are ready you'll be sent a digital proof for your review. If you're happy with everything, then your order will go into production. If you need any help choosing colours, styling or what wording to use, we can guide you every step of the way.

Do we get proofs of our design?
We don't provide printed proofs, however you will be sent a digital one. Your order will include three proof rounds; the first design based on your enquiry and then a further two rounds for you to make revisions; including changes to wording, colour choices or minor layout changes. Additional revision rounds will be charged at £10 per round.

Can we change our choice of design during the process?
You may, but please note that this will count as one of your included revision rounds.

Do you create bespoke invitation suites?
From January 2022, Dwynwen will no longer be accepting bespoke invitation orders. Whilst we absolutely love working with couples to design a whole new suite uniquely to them, as a small part-time business, we've historically only been able to accommodate very few bespoke projects in order to truly dedicate enough time and resources to each one, and currently, that isn't viable for our business and we hate letting couples down! Instead, we're focusing our energy on creating a larger library of pre-designed wedding collections in hope that we can help more of you find an invitation suite you absolutely love; and with so many personalisation options it's so easy to give even pre-designed collections a look that's unique to your wedding; whether it's through die cutting, wax seals, ribbon or a carefully curated palette of colour envelopes.

What about day-of stationery?
Day-of stationery can be created to match any of our collections. We have an offering of popular day-of items in standard formats and dimensions. As the decor needs of each venue and wedding vary however, if you have a particular day-of item in mind then please do ask and we'll do our best to help and advise. Similarly, we also offer Save the Dates for all of our collections, and post-wedding stationery, such as thank you cards.

How long will our order take?
Order processing time can vary depending on the requirements of your order. Traditional letterpress and hot foil press involve a longer setup and processing time than digital print and digital foiling, for example. How quickly we can turn around your initial design proofs is dependant on our current workload. Generally, we advise that you order as soon as you have all of your details and wording confirmed and you know you want to work with us; that way there's no need to worry about timescales. Otherwise, standard digital print orders can take approximately 4 weeks through proofing, print and production and dispatch; sometimes quicker, sometimes slower - timely responses to proofs/emails and payment requests will help the process progress smoothly. If we foresee a longer process than usual, we'll let you know.

Where do you ship?
Currently we only ship to UK customers.

Will you assemble our order?
By default, orders arrive flat and unassembled. Should you wish for us to assemble you order, let us know and we'll add an assembly fee onto your order and factor this into your timescale. We don't usually stuff envelopes unless we feel this is the safest way to protect your suite during shipping, or if specifically requested. If we do, we don't usually seal them so that you're able to check/remove them without tearing the envelope open.

Do you deliver?
If you're local to us in Carmarthenshire, then you're welcome to arrange a collection for your stationery. Otherwise we can arrange delivery to UK addresses.
