Dwynwen reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. Once you have placed an order with Dwynwen, you have accepted our latest terms.
Samples can be ordered via our Etsy store. If you can reference prior purchase of a Sample Pack, then the cost of this will be deducted from any confirmed orders.
Estimates & Quotes
Estimates and quotes are valid for 14 days from date of issue. These outline the cost of your order at point of issue, so any adjustments made throughout the design process will then be reflected on your balance invoice. The price of most items start from a quantity of 25 units, as outlined in our price guide. Orders below this quantity may be subject to increased costs. We reserve the right to adjust our pricing as necessary.
If we are able to accommodate your order timescales and you agree to your estimate or quote, your order will commence. You'll be asked provide the wording as you want it across your order; please take care with spelling and grammar as Dwynwen do not accept liability for mistakes in text. Once your order has been prepared for proofing, you'll be sent an electronic proof to review, and any amendments can be made. Once you're satisfied with your proof, you'll be issued with an invoice for the remaining balance (less your deposit) and your order can be sent to press once payment has cleared.
We ask that payment in (£) sterling is made in full at point of order. Payments are currently accepted via bank transfer; account details are on your invoice. In the case of any changes made to your order during the design process that impact the order value, for example; a change in quantities, print method or the addition/removal of items then this will be represented as a balance invoice if there is an increased cost to you, the customer, payable once artwork is agreed and prior to printing.
Cancellations and Refunds
In the case of full cancellation:
As your wedding stationery is a personalised product, cancelled orders following the approval of the final proof cannot be refunded. Should you choose to cancel your order entirely once design work has started and proofs have been exchanged but prior to final approval, then a 50% refund will be issued.
In the case of partial cancellation:
Should you choose to remove pre-agreed items from your order or make any other decisions that subsequently reduce the value of your order below your initial payment, then you will be refunded for the value of cancelled items up to a maximum refund of 50% of the original order value. You remain liable for 50% of the original order value, despite the amount of items cancelled.
We deliver using Royal Mail Special Delivery service or courier services and a signature will be required on delivery. Alternatively, you may collect your order from us - please arrange an appointment with us to do this so we can make sure we're available to greet you.
As standard, our orders will be dispatched unassembled. If you wish to add assembly, let us know at point of order and an additional charge will be added to your invoice. If there are any problems with your order upon receipt, please let us know as soon as possible and at latest within 48 hours. Any faults or damages raised in this time that are a fault of ours or one of our trusted suppliers, will be amended by us as quickly as we can. Please remember that there may be slight variations between products due to varying print processes and the handcrafted finishing of some of our items; this is not classed as faulty. The product will be at your risk from time of delivery; we advise you take reasonable care when handling our products - any embellishments or detailing should be viewed and treated as fragile. We also advise that you refrain from exposing our product to direct sunlight for prolonged periods to avoid discolouration and warping. Our products are not toys and small parts or embellishments may prove hazardous to young children.
Please note that colours may vary from screen to screen and may appear differently printed. Colours will appear differently on different choices of paper stock.
Items such as hand-died silk ribbon, hand-assembled wax seals or any other product that requires hand finishing may vary due to their handmade nature. This is to be expected and is not deemed as faulty.
All designs are Copyright Dwynwen. All rights are reserved. Designs are not to be reproduced or resold by yourself or a third party. You, as the client, are responsible for ensuring that any material you want to include in your stationery does not breach any third party Copyright, and you indemnify Dwynwen against any action brought against us in the event of any such breach.
We reserve the right to terminate this agreement with immediate effect if you are in breach of any of the terms or fail to make payment when due. We reserve the right to cancel an order at any time.
